You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.


There are two ways you can receive the following articles. You will need to select the delivery method you prefer as follows.
  1. A Microsoft WORD document containing the article will be sent to the email address you specify when you checkout. There is no additional fee for handling or shipping if you select this option. This option is available in the first section below.

  2. A Printed copy of the article will be mailed to the street address you specify when you checkout. There will be an additional fee for printing, handling, and mailing if you select this option. This option is available in the last section below.

A digital Microsoft Word Document containing the following article will be sent to your email address.

There is NO additional handling or shipping fees for digital copies.
Please allow two-days for processing and delivery to your email address.
