Jesse Clifton Atkins (1895-1963) (a Son of the Confederacy),
his daughter Bernice Ophelia Atkins-Barrack (1921-1997),
her husband Francis Irman Barrack (1916-1972)
and their baby boy Ronald Irman Barrack (1941-1942)

Interstate 64 East (Hampton, VA). Take Exit #264 for I-664 (Newport News, Portsmouth). Follow to Aberdeen Road which is Exit #3. (Note: The Cemetery can be seen on right side of the road while on I-664.) Turn Left on Aberdeen Road. Follow across Pembroke Ave. to 28th Street (Victoria Blvd. in Hampton - 28th St. in Newport News). Turn right on 28th Street. Go about 100 feet to Parish Ave. Turn right and go through the gates to Green Lawn Cemetery. The Cemetery Office (an old farm house) is on the right just inside the gate.

At the entrance to the cemetery, follow the center trail or the “Civil War Tour” brass signs for 0.3 miles and turn right. Go about 100 feet and the Graves are on the left side of the road.
